I have heard people talk about how thyroid problems can make you gain weight, but I never subscribed much to that for my own weight issues. I had been heavy set since I was a teen, and I just figured it was my body type. I started taking it, and I was surprised when I felt more energetic than I had ever felt in my life. I thought that my thyroid was just fine, and I was just a sedentary type of person, but it did not take me long to realize that there really was an issue. The good thing though is this supplement gave me the energy I needed as well as the boost for my weight loss, and I feel better than I ever have in my entire life now.
